The standard teeth whitening kit comes with enough carbamide whitening gel for up to 40 applications!!
The thermoforming kits use a strong 35% super-effective whitening solution or a 22% solution for those with a more sensitive tooth. The gel is retained in 2 thermoforming trays (1 upper arch, 1 lower arch) that are worn over your teeth for approx 30 minutes per day until you have reached your desired level of whitening. Now you can get a professional quality dental whitening treatment without an expensive trip to the dentist!
Brush and floss teeth. Place a small drop of whitening gel per tooth in the frontal portion of the tray for the front 8 teeth (approximately 1/4 to 1/2 CC). One syringe allows up to 40 treatments for upper and lower teeth (80 individual tray treatments). Be careful not to overload the trays, less is best. Place tray in mouth for approximately 30 minutes depending on the results you desire. Repeat process daily until desired results are accomplished. If you have any gum or tissue irritation with the thermoforming trays, be sure to trim back the trays very slightly with tiny scissors to the gingival line (tooth/gum line). Wipe off any excess gel that may leak from the tray with a tissue to avoid irritation of soft tissue. Remove tray, rinse, clean the trays with cold water before and after treatment.
